Yes, it will. The Curt Q25 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch item # C97FR will mount directly to the pucks inside your 2024 Silverado's bed. As far as your 1621 pin box goes that's just the bolt pattern so I can't say for certain. If your pin box rotates then it will not work with the Q25. Other than that you will be good.
